The invention relates to the devices of lubrication system of engines for filtering oils and can be used in the car and transport engines. A filter for oil clarification contains a cover and a housing, in which a basic filtering element with a central tube, bypass and anti-drain valves, filtering element of bypass valve and a spring are located. The filtering element of bypass valve is made in the form of a separate sector installed into the basic filtering element. The bypass valve passes through the central tube of the basic filtering element with coming out into its internal cavity. The increase of the area of filtering element of bypass valve at simultaneous reduction of the overall sizes of filter is ensured.
