A clutch has the driving 1 and the driven 2 half-clutches installed coaxially on the driving and the driven shafts, respectively. Between the clutches spacer is installed, this has intermediate shaft 3 at the sides of which there are placed flanges 4, 5; at that the half-clutches 1, 2 have bosses 7, and the flanges û depressions 8, and between the walls of those springy elements 9 are placed. The spacer is equipped with spring 6 installed at the intermediate shaft between the flanges, at least one of those is arranged with possibility of displacement along the intermediate shaft with transfer of torque. The inner cavities of the driving 1 and the driven 2 half-clutches at the sides of the bosses 7 have collars 10, 11 behind which at the side opposite to the bosses 7 springy rings 12 are installed.
