Relates to a procedure for obtaining an isolated extract of the plant Cyclamen europaeum L. and to its use as a therapeutic agent. In particular, it relates to the use of said isolated extract for preparing a medicament for treating sinusitis. This invention also relates to a method for extracting said isolated extract by aqueous extraction.
