PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of korean cake using a pumpkin, thereby providing korean cake having soft mouth feeling, improved nutrients and a characteristic taste. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of korean cake using a pumpkin comprises the steps of; mixing wheat flour with vegetable oil, sugar syrup, sugar, sodium bicarbonate and water and kneading the mixture; forming the dough into a triangle or square shape; and frying it, followed by dipping in honey syrup or sugar syrup for 20-30 seconds and drying for 15-20 minutes.
