PURPOSE: An integrated terminal device of a mobile terminal and a WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) is provided to integrate the CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) system of mobile terminal mostly using voice and low-speed wireless data and the WLAN in compliance with an IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers standard)-802.11b, so as to perform the high-speed wireless Internet and voice speech. CONSTITUTION: An MSM(Mobile Station Modem)(10) processes data of a mobile terminal. A MAC(Medium Access Controller)(20) processes data of a WLAN. A data interface part(40) provides an interface for the data of the MSM(10) and the data of the MAC(20). A UART(Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter)(11) located inside the MSM(10) transceives serial data with the data interface part(40) in a PCMCIA(Personal Computer Memory Card International Association) type. And a PCMCIA interface part(30) transceives parallel data with the MAC(20) and the data interface part(40), and transceives an address signal and a control signal with the MAC(20). Accordingly, the PCMCIA interface part(30) provides a PCMCIA interface.
