PURPOSE: A method for improving a profit rate of a financial organization and preparing the economic independence basis of the unemployed through combining funds of the financial organization with manpower is provided to improve the social and economic stability and the competition of a nation by improving the improvement of the financial organization, and planning the profit rate and the economic stability of the common people. CONSTITUTION: The financial organization makes a profit from a part of the interest receipts and the operational revenue by making the financial organization provide the funds and making the common people provide the manpower. The common people and the unemployed operate a business without equity capital and bare no responsibility. The financial organization invests in the business after fully examining profitability and possessing the realty. Thus, the financial organization occurs no big financial loss even if the business is failed.
