摘要 A method for preparing lithium iron phosphorus-based composite oxide carbon complex is provided to control the composition of Li, Fe and P in coprecipitate and to obtain the coprecipitate comprising lithium, iron and phosphorus having a stable composition ratio with high yield. A method for preparing lithium iron phosphorus-based composite oxide carbon complex comprises a first process of obtaining the coprecipitate comprising lithium, iron and phosphorus by adding the solution (A liquid) containing divalent iron ion in the solution (C liquid) containing phosphate ion, and adding the solution (B liquid) containing the lithium ion in the C solution; a second process of obtaining the plastic raw material mixture by mixing the coprecipitate and conductive carbon material; and a third process of obtaining the lithium iron phosphor-based composite oxide carbon complex by plasticizing the plastic raw material mixture under the inert gas atmosphere.
