PURPOSE: An Internet phone system using a portable terminal mounting bluetooth thereon and a PC is provided to mount an AP(Access Point) implementing a Bluetooth stack and a profile on a PC, thereby supplying a service by using the portable terminal and the PC in a LAN. CONSTITUTION: A mobile phone terminal(10) mounts a bluetooth thereon. A user(12) uses the mobile phone terminal(10). A master AP PC plays a host role in the mobile phone terminal(10) by authenticating a position information ID and an AP ID, and supports a voice communication. At least two slave PCs(16) mount the bluetooth modules thereon, which are synchronized with an internal clock of the master AP PC. A local commander(18) manages a phone connection information and a voice connection by interworking with the master AP PC. An Internet network(22) connects the local commander(18) with an Internet phone network provider(20). A VoIP gateway(24) and a gatekeeper(24a) receive call permissions or account information transmitted from the local commander(18) through the Internet network(22).
