PURPOSE: A soundproofed plate and an installation structure of a soundproofed wall are provided to maximize the effect of advertisement and to improve sound-insulating and sound-absorbing effects. CONSTITUTION: The soundproofed plate(10) is formed by interposing sound-absorbing materials in a space formed by coupling a front plate(11) provided with many sound-absorbing holes, a rear plate(12) and a side plate(13), and attached with convex films(20) functioning as a convex lens. The installation structure of a soundproofed wall is formed by arranging unit soundproofed walls continuously using H-beams, wherein the unit soundproofed wall is formed by piling up the soundproofed plates(10).
