PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a mini anchor is provided to enlarge a contact part of the mini anchor making contact with a safety belt reducing the manufacturing cost of the mini anchor by forming an embossing part in the steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A mini anchor is fixed to a chassis and made of a steel plate(S). An embossing part for forming the first protrusion(3) is formed at one side of the steel plate(S) by embossing the steel plate(S). A first base hole for forming an elongated hole(2) is formed by piercing an inner portion of the embossing part of the steel plate(S). Then, the first base hole is pressed downward so as to form the first protrusion(3), which is protruded from a lower side of the steel plate(S) by a predetermined height. An edge part of the first protrusion(3) is rounded by pressing the first protrusion(3). The other edge part of the first protrusion(3) is pressed so as to form a rounding shape.
