PURPOSE: A glass plate supporting holder applied to a centering apparatus during an FPD fabrication process is provided to prevent a glass plate from being damaged due to friction of the glass plate and a holder for holding the glass plate and smoothly carry out centering of the glass plate. CONSTITUTION: A glass plate supporting holder applied to a centering apparatus during an FPD fabrication process is constructed in such a manner that a ball(5) is placed on the holder coming into contact with a glass plate and the ball is supported by a plurality of ceramic balls(6) mounted on a ball mount(4). A spring(7) is set below the ball mount. The ball mount is placed between a lower structure(2) that has a screw(8) to be fixed to the centering apparatus and an upper structure(3) combined with the lower structure.
