PURPOSE: A garbage bag tearing device is provided, which can separate food garbage and bags by tearing bags by easy way of operating switch of control box, so that food garbage can be recycled to fertilizer or animal feed saving man power and cost. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a feeding part(1), a collecting part(2), a waste transferring part(3) and a bag tearing part(4). Garbage bags are fed to feed hopper(11) and then to waste transferring part(3) that convey garbage bags to bag tearing part(4). At the bag tearing part(4), bags are torn and separated into garbage and bags, thus dropping garbage into collecting hopper(21) of garbage collecting part(2). The bag tearing part(4) consists of two fixed frames(41) set parallel to each other, a caterpillar to transport bags, hooks to drag garbage bags to transportation direction, a rotary shaft(8), round cutting knife to cut bags and brush to sweep dust and to drop.
