VALVE STRUCTURE OF INTAKE MANIFOLD FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE OF VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A valve structure of an intake manifold is provided to increase the tightness and the vibration-proof of a VIS(Variable Induction System) valve when the VIS valve is installed in the intake manifold. CONSTITUTION: Rubber seals(210a,210b) are protruded around a frame(100) of a VIS valve. The seal(210a) is stuck to the inside of a guide groove(320). The seal(210b) is stuck to a flip(102). Thereby, the tightness between the valve frame and a manifold is increased. Many rubber protrusions(220) are protruded in both sides of the valve frame to tightly insert into the guide groove. The protrusions absorbs noise when a damping between the valve and the manifold is performed. Thereby, the durability is increased.
