PURPOSE: A dyeing method of textile is characterized by using green tea, shielding ultraviolet ray, preventing various skin disease, interrupting electron wave, being good for the health, increasing a farmer's income and reducing environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A dyeing method of the textile comprises the steps of: cutting or grinding 20-100% of green leaf of the green tea or products thereof based on weight of the textile(cotton, hemp, wool or silk); putting water and heating a material for 30min.; adding water of 20 times as the weight of the textile; boiling the material; filtering the material with textile to prepare a dyeing solution; controlling temperature of the dyeing solution into 20-40deg.C; putting the textile and the dyeing solution into a dyeing bath; stirring and boiling the textile and the dyeing solution for 30-60min.; leaving and dewatering the textile; washing the textile in warm water and dewatering the textile; preparing 2-15% of a mordant based on the weight of the textile; adding and dissolving water of 20-60 times as weight of the mordant; putting the mordant and water of 10-30 times as the weight of the material into the dyeing bath to prepare a dyeing solution; putting the dewatered textile into the dyeing bath; stirring and heating the dyeing bath for 10-30min.; dewatering and washing the textile; putting the textile into the dyeing solution, followed by stirring and heating the textile for 5min.; dewatering and washing the textile; and then drying the textile in the shade. |
