PURPOSE: Provided are a folding system of top plate with a simple structure and a convenient operational property and a bed having the desk equipped with the folding system to utilize the top plate as the desk. CONSTITUTION: The folding system comprises a top plate(10) pivotally moving up/down on a vertical frame(4); a fastening component(20) having a hook groove(22) formed at bottom side and opened downward; a supporting link(30) to retain level of the top plate(10); a spring(40) between the frame(4) and the link(30); and a release lever(50) hinged at bottom side of the top plate(10) and to allow front end of the link(30) to be released out of the hook groove(22). The supporting link(30) has a lower part hinged to the frame(4) and a front end inserted into the groove(22).
