METHOD FOR COATING MARBLE PLATE WITH GOLD

PURPOSE: A method for coating marble plate with gold is provided to maximize subsidiary health functions of pure gold as improving and maintaining aesthetics of pure gold layer by coating beautiful pure gold on the surface of the marble plate. CONSTITUTION: The method for coating marble plate with gold comprises the steps of forming a metal film layer(2) having a very fine thickness by spraying a metal solution on the surface of marble plate(1) used as a stone bed; electroplating a nickel plating layer(3) on the metal film layer(2) by conducting the metal film layer(2) and nickel through an electrolyte such as water in the state that the cathode is connected to the metal film layer(2), and the anode is connected to nickel; electroplating a pure gold plating layer(4) on the nickel plating layer(3) by conducting the nickel plating layer(3) and pure gold through an electrolyte such as water in the state that the cathode is connected to the nickel plating layer(3), and the anode is connected to pure gold; and forming a coating layer(5) on the pure gold plating layer(4), wherein the coating layer(5) is gloss treated with epoxy resin.
