PURPOSE: Provided are a method for treating residue of agricultural chemicals and for sterilization using ozone with microwave oven function and an apparatus therefor, thereby completely removing used ozone using manganese oxide catalyst. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating residue of agricultural chemicals and for sterilization using ozone with microwave oven function comprises the steps of: placing an object to be treated in a microwave oven; injecting ozone thereinto and removing agricultural chemicals residue by reaction of the ozone and the agricultural chemicals; and decomposing and removing autoexhaust by using catalyst.
