The utility model provides a connector contact terminal. The connector comprises an insulating base body with an inserted groove, and the side edge of the inserted groove is provided with an abutted wall with a terminal groove which is provided with the contact terminal to be used for contacting electrically with a conducting strip of a complementary butt joint element. The contact terminal is provided with an inclined first elastic arm, a convex contact part and a reflexed end part, and the end part of the contact terminal is extended and lengthened toward the direction of the groove wall of the terminal groove to form a second elastic arm. The movable distance between the end point of the contact terminal and the groove wall is smaller than the actual displacement distance after the contact portion is inserted by the complementary butt joint element; the end point of the second elastic arm is abutted on the groove wall to generate the other elastic resistance different from the first elastic arm for the contact part, and in this way, the contact force between the contact part and the conducting strip is enhanced. Thereby, the electric impedance can be reduced to be easier to be contacted and conducted, and the signal transmission quality of the connector can be lifted.
