PURPOSE: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing organic composite liquid fertilizer using wastes of herb medicine, farm and livestock, fish and shellfishes to improve acid soil in existing organism of liquid fertilizer and many element nourishment in soil for long time, to increase harvesting quantity by growing plant in health by increasing fertility of soil, to reduce environmental pollution due to agricultural chemicals, livestock wastes. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing organic composite liquid fertilizer using wastes of herb medicine, farm and livestock, fish and shellfishes is characterized by extracting herb invigorant component through selection and mixing process, rot process, fermentation process, extraction process of herb invigorant dregs using rice straw fermentation liquid being fermented rice straw with fermentation agent; extracting stockbreeding excretion liquid through mixing process to mix rice hulls, sawdust with stockbreeding excretion, rot process, fermentation process, extraction process of farm and livestock wastes; extracting conchoidal calcic liquid through washing process, burning process, dissolution process of conchoidal kind of fish and shellfishes; extracting peat organic liquid through crush process, rot process, fermentation process, extraction process of peat; extracting ocher mineral liquid through crush process, mixing process, filtration process of ocher; manufacturing organic composite liquid fertilizer through mixing process, deodorization process, aeration process of extraction liquid of five sort.
