PURPOSE: A wireless remote controller using a wireless frequency and infrared rays is provided to deliver an IR(Infrared Rays) code by receiving a delivered RF signal, and to control a corresponding controller, thereby overcoming control restrictions on an obstacle and improving convenience of controlling the controller. CONSTITUTION: When a user selects a controlling button(50) of an RF transmitter(10), an RF signal corresponding to a selected key is delivered through an ANT1 transmission antenna. The RF signal is received in an RF/IR transceiver(20) through an ANT2 antenna. The RF/IR transceiver(20) delivers an IR code corresponding to the received RF signal through a generation IR transmitter(21). An IR signal is detected by an IR receiver(31), to control a controller(30). The controller(30) is directly controlled by a general IR remote controller(40) through the RF transmitter(10) and the RF/IR transceiver(20).
