PURPOSE: A fluid storage method, a fluid pumping method and a turbidity determination method are provided to pump the fluid from the cylinder by applying a pressure to the fluid when the piston is lowered by the weight produced from the gravity. CONSTITUTION: Pistons(10,10') with double sided U-packings are mounted in cylinders(2,2'), and soft caps have outer surfaces fixed to the bottoms of the pistons having holes. Another soft caps having holes are disposed on bottoms, in such a manner that the outer surfaces of the soft caps are tightly fixed on the bottoms through fixing plates and bolts. Rods have tops inserted into holes of open/shut pipes mounted on supports(29,29') of the pistons, wherein the tops are connected to a fixing plate(55) through strings. Levers are mounted in bearings of the open/shut pipes, and the pistons are hung to shaft wheels(32,32').
