PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of dropwort liquid to maintain the taste and flavor, and nutrients of the dropwort, thereby providing a consumer with the taste and flavor peculiar to the dropwort. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of dropwort liquid comprises the steps of; washing and dewatering dropwort; mixing 60-70 wt.5 of the dropwort with 30-40 wt.% of brown sugar; inserting the mixture thereof into a pot and sealing it; fermenting it for 45-70 days and filtering the fermentate; maturing the filtrate at 1-5 deg.C for 1-6 months; and filtering and packing it.
