PURPOSE: A system for offering an Internet AD(ADvertisement) matched with a client ID is provided to offer the IP(Internet Protocol) information and web pattern of a client to an advertiser wanting to the selective target AD and to selectively output the optimized AD to the client connecting to a contents provider through an AD server. CONSTITUTION: An IP information obtaining part(105) obtains the IP information of the client(180) connecting to the contents provider(100) from the client(180) and transfers it to a client web pattern information provider(125). A web pattern obtaining part(110) extracts the information requesting to the contents provider(100) from the client(180) in real-time and transfers it to the web pattern information provider(125). An AD output part(115) outputs the AD optimized to the client(180), transfers the IP information of the client(180) to the AD server(150), and outputs the Internet AD from the AD server(150) on a web page requested from the client(180).
