PURPOSE: A cooking pan and method for manufacturing the same is provided to firmly fix a built-in bottom plate to the bottom of the pan by integrating the built-in bottom plate made of material adhering to a magnet with the bottom. CONSTITUTION: A built-in bottom plate(2) made of material adhering to a magnet is integrated with the bottom of a pan body made of aluminum. The built-in bottom plate is composed of a plurality of joint units(2a), and a plurality of connection units(2b) integrally connecting the joint units. Two connection units are integrally formed at the upper part of one joint unit. Two connection units are integrally formed at the lower part of one joint unit.
