<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the height of a λ/4 short-circuit type two-frequency common use antenna employing stacked dielectric. <P>SOLUTION: The stacked dielectric antenna is provided with: a first to third dielectric layers 11 to 13; a first ground conductor 31 placed beneath the first dielectric layer 11; a second ground conductor 32 placed between the second and third dielectric layers 12, 13 and having an opening open to one side face of them; a third ground conductor 33 placed in a first opening; a radiation conductor 21 placed at a position opposed to the third ground conductor 33 on the upper face of the third dielectric layer 13; a line conductor 41 placed between the first and second dielectric layers 11, 12, one end of which is led to the other side face opposed to one side face of the first to third dielectric layers 11 to 13 and the other end of which is opposed to the third ground conductor 33; and a fourth ground conductor 34 placed on one side face of the first to third dielectric layers 11 to 13 and interconnecting the first to third ground conductors 31 to 33 and the radiation conductor 21.
