PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of avoiding the collision of affirmative response.

SOLUTION: Three receiving stations 121to 123receive a packet broadcasted or multicasted by a transmitting station 11, and one receiving station 121among them returns to the transmitting station 11 a response including a number specifying the packet that has been successfully received.
