PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector attaching/detaching tool which can attach and detach all connectors at the same time even when a large number of connectors are mounted. SOLUTION: The connector attaching/detaching tool, attaching and detaching a plurality of connectors mounted on a socket board 10 to a plurality of corresponding connectors on a mother board 20, comprises an adapter 30 arranged so as to face a semiconductor mounting surface which is the other side of the connector mounting surface of the socket board 10, moved back and forth in the connector attaching/detaching direction; a pressing means 40 protrusively formed to the adapter 30, touching the semiconductor mounting surface of the socket board 10 and pressing the socket board 10 toward the mother board 20 side depending on the descending movement of the adapter 30; and a pulling means 50 protrusively formed to the adapter 30, engaging with an engaging hole part 16 formed on the socket board 10, and pulling the socket board 10 in the direction separating from the mother board 20 side depending on the ascending movement of the adapter 30.
