PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which reduces the load of a document preparation operation by outputting only a desired part of a document and eliminates wastes of paper sheets and communication cost. SOLUTION: The image forming device is equipped with a color scanner 15 which chromatically reads the document, an image processing part 16 which processes the image read by the color scanner 15, a printer 18 which prints the processed image, a network control part 21 and a network control part 22 which send the processed image, and performs image processing wherein information of a specified color of the read image or information of colors other than the specified color is deleted and deleted gaps are filled.
