摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength-stabilized semiconductor laser module which comprises a small number of components and is compact in size to make it easy for the semiconductor laser module to be integrated in a module, and which facilitates the setting of a stabilized wavelength when being manufactured and is capable of reducing a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The module has such a structure that a temperature-adjustable substrate 31 whereon a semiconductor laser 1, lens 2, isolator 27, filter 3 for wavelength, and optical detector 40 are mounted in this order is housed in a case 33 provided with a coupling lens 32 and an optical fiber 14. The optical detector 40 comprises two split light receiving sections and is located at such a place as to block part of parallel lights transmitted through the lens 2. The two light receiving sections are split up and down in a direction indicating a height direction of a mount surface of the substrate 31, with the lower one detecting parallel lights transmitted through the filter 3 for wavelength, and the upper one detecting parallel lights not transmitted through the filter 3 for wavelength.
