<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic application system capable of significantly increasing the number of application document receipts per unit time from an electronic authentication office set for storing originals of application documents and public documents and verify the fact of their arrivals. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic application system is a system for electronically applying a procedure, for example, for an administrative organization, a private company, or the like, and the originals of application documents from applicant terminal devices 100 are entirely stored in the authentication office 200. When the application documents are acquired from the authentication office 200, a reception server 300 acquires a receivable document list in which receivable application documents designated to itself are shown from the authentication office, rearranges the application documents shown in the receivable document list in the order of the time received by the authentication office, and further classifies the rearranged documents by kinds.
