<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer call information to a standby system device without suppressing throughput and to save communication during establishing a session without disconnecting the communication in switching an active system to a standby system about a network terminating device of an IP network and its redundancy system operating method. <P>SOLUTION: When a terminal device 16 makes a session request to a PPP terminating device 11, a call processing control part 21 instructs a session control part 22 to establish a PPP session, instructs a routing table control part 23 to set call information, and sets the call information in a routing table. A period combination control part 26 subsequently starts a routing table transmitting part 27 of an active system device 12 at a constant period, collects the call information through the routing table control part 23 and transmits the call information to a standby system device 13. The standby system device 13 receives the call information that is periodically transmitted, sets the received call information in a routing table in the standby system device 13 and adjusts the call information so as to match with the active system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
