PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network access node device which can analyze the utilization state of the Internet according to property information of a user. SOLUTION: The access node device 10 generates a management record showing the correspondence relation between a user ID and an IP address in the performance process of a series of control procedures that a user terminal, the device itself, and an authenticating server 20 mutually follow and generates a data record 70 showing the relation between packet reception time and destination/transmission source IP addresses when receiving an Internet access packet from the user terminal. The access node device stores the data record and an access record including a user ID generated from the management record in a table 360 and performs statistical processing based upon user properties by using a user property table 33.
