PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for allowing passengers to easily execute the distribution adjustment processing of a passage fee in an ETC system. SOLUTION: Portable telephone sets 207 to 210 of a plurality of persons getting on one vehicle are connected to a plurality of connectors 203 to 206 installed in a distributor 202 (on-vehicle equipment). When the vehicle uses a tollroad, a passage fee is wirelessly noticed to an ETC receiver 201 of the on-vehicle equipment by an ETC system 101 and a gate device 102, and distribution calculation is operated based on the number of portable telephone sets connected to the connectors 203 to 206 by the distributor 202, and the result is noticed through the connectors 203 to 206 to the respective portable telephone sets 207 to 210. The respective portable telephone sets 207 to 210 perform access to a portable telephone service company server 40 with which the respective portable telephone sets have made a contact to settle the use fee.
