PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to use the automatic ticket examination device and a bicycle parking lot only by one information recording medium. SOLUTION: An information recording medium to be used for the entrance/ exit processing of an automatic ticket examination device set at a station is provided with a use processing means for executing the use processing of a bicycle parking lot set in the periphery of the station or the use processing of a rental bicycle kept in the bicycle parking lot.
