PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer solid electrolyte that has a sufficient ion conductivity and mechanical property, and is flexible and superior in molding processing. SOLUTION: This is a polymer solid electrolyte that contains a cross-linked substance (A) made by cross-linking an enclosure compound in which a linear macromolecule is enclosed by a cyclomolecule and which has a substitutional group at both ends of the linear macromlecule and an electrolyte salt compound (B).
