<p>An orthopaedic brace for use on a fractured limb is described. The brace has a first portion (1) and a second portion (5), at least two pad regions (2p, 4p) located on the first portion, and at least one pad region (5p) located on the second portion, wherein at least one of the portions has a cutaway section, and wherein the two portions are adapted to be fitted to the fracture such that the cutaway section is disposed adjacent to a joint of the limb. The invention can be used to reduce a fracture, and provides a powerful force to the bone.</p> |
