<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave circuit with small assembling man-hours and an excellent withstanding voltage characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: The microwave circuit has PIN diodes 20A, 20B fixed in a microwave transmission line formed by surrounding a space with a conductor. The PIN diodes 20A, 20B are fixed to the surface of a metallic plate 10. The mount face of the metallic plate 10 on which the PIN diodes 20A, 20B are located is placed in parallel with the direction of the high frequency electric field of a microwave, and a cut-out hole 11 is formed to the metallic plate 10 beneath the PIN diodes 20A, 20B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
