VISUAL AND DYNAMIC OUTGOING BAND CONTROL SYSTEM, TERMINAL DEVICE, CONTROL METHOD, PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual and dynamic outgoing band control system by which outgoing band control can dynamically be performed by a user's operation corresponding to the user's need and the user can operate the control at sight.

SOLUTION: A terminal connected to a network and capable of communicating with a server is provided with an application control part 202 for controlling application when a part between the server and the terminal is secured by some band and communication data are allocated within the band, an outgoing allowable band monitoring part 204 for regularly measuring an outgoing allowable band between the server and a router, a traffic priority DB (database) 210 which houses the outgoing band priority of each traffic, a data reception control part 203 which decides the outgoing request band of each traffic at the time point on the basis of the outgoing allowable band value obtained by the traffic priority DB 210 and the outgoing allowable band monitoring part 204, and an input/output I/F 205 to be connected with the network.
