<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking system capable of attaining a sufficiently profitable bicycle parking management reduced in equipment cost, easy in management and small in the possibility of burglary. <P>SOLUTION: Parking spaces 2A to 2D, 3A, 3B are provided with pipes 5 and 6 to which vehicles can be connected, and a fee adjusting device 10 is set in an entrance/exit 8 of a parking lot 1. A user parts his or her bicycle in any empty space by connecting vehicle to the pipe 5 or 6 with a wire lock owned by the user himself or herself, and then inputs his or her own registration number, and inputs a parking fee to the fee adjusting device 10. A management operator manages the parking by reading the registration number of each parked vehicle by a portable terminal in a proper time, and collating it with data recorded in the fee adjusting device 10 to confirm whether or not the fee adjustment of each parked vehicle has been already finished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
