<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system in which an added node can perform registration without having to know the location of a node being a registration destination of information, for managing network structural information, and an node to be added can control registration without having to know procedures for registering information. <P>SOLUTION: Information that must be registered to enable a node newly added to the network to commence communication is registered by an agent. That is, a registration agent system knows the location of the node managing the structural information and the procedures necessary for registration, and representatively performs registration.
