An air-conditioner is provided to reduce power consumption and work time through efficient evaporation and drying of condensed water. An air-conditioner comprises a condensing efficiency increase device(10) heating condensed water(100) to evaporate, and a condensed water drying device(20) drying the condensed water which overflows, not evaporated by the condensing efficiency increase device. In the condensed water drying device, the condensed water is collected under a water level sensor(26) and dried by a heater(25).
