PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric component equipped with a rotor which is hardly tilted, has a large torque, and is easily held. SOLUTION: A dodecagonal through-hole 5b is provided at the center of a support 5, a recess 5g is provided on the surface of the support 5 on the same circle at each central angle of 120°, and another recess 5h is provided 60°off the recess 5g on the rear surface of the support 5 on the same circle at each central angle of 120°. Thereafter, a rotor 1 composed of a rotor upper part 1a, a rotor lower part 1b, and a filling part 1c is provided to the support 5 by insert molding, and the rotor 1 is held at the support 5 in a rotatable manner with a shrinkage in synthetic resin. When the rotor 1 is rotated, the filling part 1c bears against the inner circumferential surface of the through-hole 5b, the rotor upper part 1a bears against the recesses 5g, and the rotor lower part 1b bears against the recesses 5h.
