PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence display device including an organic EL element as improvement of the conventional arrangement in which an interface is generated between a light emitting layer and electron transport layer to result in a deterioration. SOLUTION: A red light emission layer 22, green light emission layer 24 and a blue light emission layer 26 are formed on a hole transport layer 16, and the electron transport layer 28 is solely formed on the blue light emission layer 26. The thickness of the red light emission layer 22 and green light emission layer 24 is made equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the electron transport layer 28 and blue light emission layer 26.
