<p>An ordered liquid crystalline phase cleansing composition is disclosed that contains particles with a structure comprising a benefit agent and a gellation agent and provides high foaming with in a preferred embodiment levels of free emollient equal to or in excess of the level of surfactant. A method of depositing a benefit agent to the skin or hair with the ordered liquid crystalline phase cleansing composition is also disclosed.</p> |
