The dispenser comprises a pump (3) with a hollow piston rod (5) activated by lever pivoting on the container (1). A dispensing nozzle (26) is fixed to the lever and pivots with it. An end (24) coupled to the exterior end of the hollow rod is connected to the nozzle by a conduit (25). The activating lever is in sliding contact with the end to cause the hollow rod to slide in the activating direction during pivoting of the lever. The conduit is able to deform elastically during sliding of the rod.
