PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage tester for endoscopes capable of perfectly preventing a water leakage accident of an endoscope by detecting that the watertightness of the closed state of a check valve provided in the outer wall is imperfect as well as detecting a pinhole on the outer sheath section of a whole endoscope. SOLUTION: A check valve connecting mouth ring 37 is provided with a valve rotation drive piece 39 for forcedly opening the check valve 10 by being engaged with a valve element 15 of the check valve 10 and rotating it about the axis, a linear guide groove 41 formed in the circumferential wall part of the check valve connecting mouth ring 37 from an opening end in parallel to the axis for being engaged with an engagement pin 12 arranged in the check valve 10 side, a closed valve circumference groove 42, when the engagement pin 12 is engaged, preventing the engagement of the valve rotation drive piece 39 with the valve element 15 and keeping the check valve 10 closed, and an open valve circumference groove 43, when the engagement pin 12 is engaged, allowing the valve rotation drive piece 39 to engage with the valve element 15 and forcedly opening the check valve 10.
