PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembly of a display device which is changeable in a display state in accordance with the depth of a shelf on which the display implement is to be placed. SOLUTION: The display device provides both a normal shelf placement display state where a plurality of trays 1, 2 are arranged in a front and rear direction and connected together, the front tray 1 is slid relative to the rear tray 2, and thus both front and rear trays 1, 2 are placed on the shelf and a forward display state where the rear tray 2 is placed on the shelf and the front tray 1 is hung from the rear tray 2. wherein one of the front and rear trays 1, 2 is formed with long holes 16 for guide, and the other includes lock projections 30, the lock projections 30 are put through the long holes 16 to thereby allow the front tray 1 to be lid along the long holes 16, and consequently the front and rear trays 1, 2 are connected without being vertically separated.
