<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve radio efficiency by performing the optimum scheduling at the time of transmitting data to a terminal in a time division multiplexing state. <P>SOLUTION: A base station 30 which decides a data-transmitted terminal at every time slot based on a prescribed scheduling method is provided with a storing section 51 storing a plurality of different scheduling methods, a selecting section 52 which selects one scheduling method in accordance with the moving state of the terminal, and a terminal deciding section 53 which decides the data-transmitted terminal at every time slot based on the selected scheduling method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
