METHOD FOR RESERVING BAND WIDTH AND TIME FOR INFORMATION TRANSMISSION IN BAND ENSURED COMMUNICATION SERVICE, ITS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically, speedily and reliably calculate a reservation band width and a reservation time optimal to a preferential condition designated by a user in a band ensured communication service.

SOLUTION: HGF equipment 3 (home communication equipment) decides the combination of the reservation band width and the reservation time optimal to specific provided information transfer requested from HTF equipment 4 (user equipment), and a communication charge for this combination. Based on the reservation band width and the reservation time and the communication charge for this combination, the HTF equipment 4 obtains the specific provided information from SPF equipment 1 (information-providing equipment) through SNF equipment 2 (transmission path providing equipment).
