SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING REAL TIME COMMUNICATION QUALITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a router load and a network load, to ensure communication quality in real time and to adapt to a large scale network.

SOLUTION: Routing information is set so as to uniquely determine a communication path from an originating terminal to a receiving terminal when a network is constructed. The routing information and the resource use situation of each section when the network is constructed are stored in a database 3-1 to be managed. A management server 3 calculates a uniquely determined communication path S from the originating terminal 5 to the receiving terminal 4 on the basis of the routing information in the database 3-1. The resources use situation in the database 3-1 is confirmed with respect to respective sections S1 to S5 of the calculated communication path S, and if free resources that supply needed resources are available in all sections, a communication request is allowed.
